This 28-acre property in Humble is our third Houston location and our largest in the market. It sits on Houston’s northeast side, next to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
The site has 480 truck parking spaces and 61,000 square feet of buildings across six structures. The buildings have 32-foot eaves and heavy power (480V, 800-amp, three-phase). Three bays are crane-served, with the largest rated at 25 tons and a 22-foot hook height. The yard is fenced and lit, with two gated access points, and it runs alongside an active Union Pacific rail line.
Located on Bender Rd, the site offers direct access to I-69 and Beltway 8, two of Houston’s main freight arteries, with heavy industrial areas and airport cargo nearby.

We offer semi-trailer, semi-tractor, combo (semi-tractor with trailer), and personal vehicle spaces.
You can reserve multiple spaces online. And if you need more than 20 spaces, you can call us to reserve by the acre, which provides you with a reserved section of the yard where you can stack units and optimize your space. Absolutely. Our yards securely store trucks, buses, heavy equipment, specialty vehicles, vans, and personal vehicles. In addition to dry van tractor-trailers, we can store the following vehicles at most of our yards: reefers, flatbeds, box trucks (straight trucks), car carriers, motorcoaches, school buses, shuttle buses, tow trucks, excavators, dump trucks, food trucks, sprinter vans, cargo vans, passenger vans, emergency vehicles, utility trucks, and some agricultural vehicles. We operate locations around the US and we’re quickly expanding the network of fleet yards that we operate. In areas where we don’t yet have a location, we work with partner yards that provide high standards for security and quality. Monthly reservation renewals may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Long-term reservations are subject to the cancellation terms of each individual agreement. For more details on the terms of our parking agreement, visit our lease agreement page.
We accept all major credit cards (which are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay on our online reservation system. Rules of the Yard
Your safety and the security of your assets and cargo are our top priority. The following rules are in place for your protection, convenience, and the safety of our tenants and staff:
1. No alcohol, drugs, or firearms allowed on the yard.
2. Park only in designated spaces. Do not block aisles or other equipment.
3. Speed limit 5 MPH for safety and dust abatement.
4. No dumping of hazardous materials, tires, or dunnage.
5. Dispose of all waste properly in the provided containers.
6. Vandalism or unbecoming conduct will result in immediate removal from the yard.
7. Any damages to property will be charged back to you.
